APL投稿被拒，但編輯和審稿人均建議投到JAP，中的幾率有多大？

如題，今天收到APL一審意見(jiàn)，轉(zhuǎn)投到JAP是否有戲？ Dear*** ****** ******* The reviewer's comments are attached.
