以下是PLOS ONE 返回的審稿意見 補充部分實驗后的希望可大？ Dear XXX, Thank you for submitting your manuscript to PLOS ONE. We invite you to submit a revised version of the manuscript that carefully addresses the points raised by the Reviewer #1 We encourage you to submit your revision within forty-five days of the date of this decision. Reviewers' comments: Comments to the Author Reviewer #1.The manuscript must describe a technically sound piece of scientific research with data that supports the conclusions. Experiments must have been conducted rigorously, with appropriate controls, replication, and sample sizes. The conclusions must be drawn appropriately based on the data presented. Reviewer #1. The central idea of the study is good. But, there are missing analyses such as western blotting and qPCR for obesity related factors involved in lipogenesis, lipolysis and thermogenesis. There are missing macroscopic pictures from liver, heart, adipose tissue and the mouse own. Mice length and Brown adipose tissue data are also missing. Glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity test are also important to define pivotal mechanism of over obesity. Finally, obesity is a condition linked to inflammation.
