The slurry was stirred for 30 min at room temperature and sonicated for 2 h, reduced by an aqueous solution of KBH4. And then the catalyst was filtered and washed with distilled deionized water to remove residual chlorine. The loading amount of Pt was controlled and confirmed by ICP as 5.0 wt.% of the support. 文獻:Applied Catalysis B: Environmental, Volume 106, Issues 3–4, 11 August 2011, Pages 423-432 有“直接浸漬”法:Ni catalysts sized from 4.5 to 45.0 nm were prepared via direct impregnation of [Ni(en)3]2+ (en, ethylenediamine), [Ni(EDTA)]2− (EDTA; ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid), nickel(II) acetylacetonate dihydrate (99+%), nickel(II) acetate, and Ni(NO3)2⋅6H2O onto a spherical SiO2 support。 Journal of Catalysis, Volume 250, Issue 2, 10 September 2007, Pages 331-341 有“共沉淀”法:A series of Cu0.4Zn5.6−xMgxAl2(OH)16CO3 LDHs were prepared by co-precipitation. Cu(NO3)2·3H2O (0.01 mol), Al(NO3)3·9H2O (0.05 mol), Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, and Mg(NO3)2·6H2O (AR, Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co. Ltd., China) were dissolved together in 400 mL deionized water. The total amount of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and Mg(NO3)2·6H2O was controlled to 0.14 mol, and this mixed solution is referred to as A. Solution B was a mixture of Na2CO3 and NaOH (AR, Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co. Ltd., China) with concentrations of 0.25 and 0.8 mol/L, respectively. Solutions A and B were simultaneously added into a glass reactor under vigorous stirring at room temperature and of a pH value of 9.5. The slurry was transferred into a custom-designed stainless autoclave (1000 mL) equipped with a Teflon inner layer, put into an oil bath, and aged at 120 °C for 20 h under stirring, filtered off, and washed thoroughly with distilled water. The precipitate was then dried overnight at 80 °C and identified as Cu0.4Zn5.6−xMgxAl2(OH)16CO3, in which x refers to the amount of Mg (0 < x < 5.6). 參考文獻:Journal of Catalysis, Volume 296, December 2012, Pages 1-11 |
