| 采用DMA和TGA對CMC/E44、CMC/E51、CMC/CNTs/E44和CMC/CNTs/E51復(fù)合材料的性能進行研究,分析工藝條件對性能的影響。研究表明工藝條件對固化物性能影響顯著,一定程度上可以媲美于物理共混或者化學(xué)改性。工藝優(yōu)化后所獲得的E51環(huán)氧樹脂固化物的Tg與目前文獻報道該體系的最高Tg相當(dāng),而分解溫度(T5)明顯高于文獻報道的該體系的數(shù)據(jù)。CNTs對E44和E51環(huán)氧樹脂固化物性能的影響并不相同,總體來說CNTs有利于提高Tg,但是對T5影響較小,能否發(fā)揮這種效果依賴于CNTs的分散性。對E51環(huán)氧樹脂,雖然單獨使用CMC和CNTs都不能提高Tg,但是同時使用CMC和CNTs卻能夠增加樹脂固化物的Tg。 |

| The properties of CMC/E44, CMC/E51, CMC/CNTs/E44 and CMC/E51 / CNTs composite materials performance are studied, and the effect of process conditions on the properties is analysed by using DMA and TGA. Researches show that process conditions has significant effects on the curing performance, which can match with physical blending and chemical modification to some extent. After process optimization, the Tg of the obtained E51 epoxy resin curing can match with the highest Tg of this system reported in the literatures, and the decomposition temperature (T5) is significantly higher than that of this system reported in the literatures. The effect of curing performance of CNTs on the E51 and E44 is not the same. In general, the influence of the CNTs are beneficial to improving the Tg, but less affecting the T5. It depends on the dispersion of CNTs that the the effect can act or not. For the E51, individually using the CMC or CNTs cannot improve the Tg, but together using the CMC and CNTs will increase the Tg of resin condensate. |
