Multiple Vacancies on Seawater Reverse Osmosis Desalination (Scientist,Postdoc)

The group of Environmental Chemistry and Health at QEERI is looking for some talent candidates (Research Scientist, Post-Doc, Visiting Scholar/PhD student) in the major area of desalination (mainly reverse osmosis process) chemistry. Key issues of research: pretreatment (conventional vs. membrane based) process and chemistry, chemistry of desalination processes and membrane performance (scaling, fouling, aggressivety, etc), post treatment (disinfection chemistry, DBP assessment, boron removal, transport and impacts) Academic background: Environmental Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, etc. Previous research experience on seawater reverse osmosis desalination is preferred.
