網(wǎng)易科技訊 7月13日消息,據(jù)國(guó)外媒體報(bào)道,韓國(guó)的一組研究人員在研究充分利用廢棄稻殼,將它轉(zhuǎn)化成硅,然后用于制造智能手機(jī)和混合動(dòng)力汽車所需要的鋰離子電池。文章摘要如下: The rice husk is the outer covering of a rice kernel and protects the inner ingredients from external attack by insects and bacteria. To perform this function while ventilating air and moisture, rice plants have developed unique nanoporous silica layers in their husks through years of natural evolution. Despite the massive amount of annual production near 108 tons worldwide, so far rice husks have been recycled only for low-value agricultural items. In an effort to recycle rice husks for high-value applications, we convert the silica to silicon and use it for high-capacity lithium battery anodes. 個(gè)人感覺是個(gè)這種科研真是個(gè)噱頭,標(biāo)題聽上去感覺拿了稻殼一步就可以得到鋰電池材料了。 簡(jiǎn)單想想,原料是稻殼,后經(jīng)氧化除雜處理得到氧化硅,然后還原得到單質(zhì)硅,還有后續(xù)的加工處理,才能得到電極材料。這期間需要消耗多少能量和時(shí)間,如果直接買商品Si而去做鋰電池材料的話,可能成本比這個(gè)還要低。 上世紀(jì)70-80年代,搞過(guò)海水提鈾,從現(xiàn)在看也是非!皊uistanble”的概念,搞了幾年,也黃了——成本太高了,陸地上的好好開采下成本比噱頭的海上提取更實(shí)惠,更經(jīng)濟(jì)。 現(xiàn)在的關(guān)于biomass轉(zhuǎn)化的大都是噱頭! |
