操作規(guī)程，謝謝

|
配液時(shí)應(yīng)將水按比例放入酸洗槽中，然后再按比例緩慢加酸，防止倒酸速度過快引起飛濺傷人。 7.2 酸洗處理，首次操作應(yīng)先在小試樣局部面上或類似的材料上作試驗(yàn)。 7.3 酸洗過程中，操作人員必須認(rèn)真仔細(xì)，及時(shí)觀察，防止鋼管表面腐蝕過重。 7.4 酸洗后鋼管表面不得有明顯的腐蝕痕跡，不得有顏色不均勻的斑紋，鋼管表面不得有大量氧化皮。 7.5 酸洗鈍化液都系腐蝕性溶液，而且酸洗溶液還具有毒性，故操作人員在操作時(shí)，必須嚴(yán)格遵守操作規(guī)程和穿好耐酸服，帶好手套，口罩與防護(hù)眼罩等勞防用品。酸洗時(shí)，操作人員必須帶上檢查合格的防毒面具，并在專人監(jiān)護(hù)下進(jìn)行。 7.6 上述的酸洗配方及操作、濃度、體積比、液體溫度和操作時(shí)間可根據(jù)情況允許做小量適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整。酸洗液可重復(fù)使用，但必須保證適當(dāng)?shù)臐舛群腕w積比。 |

Put water into pickling bath proportionally when preparing solution and then add acid proportionally and slowly so that make sure the water won’t splash. 7.2 Acid pickling. For the first time, before getting start, do experiment on the local surface of a small sample or similar material. 7.3 The operators must be careful、observe in time and avoid the surface of the steel tube corroding too much in the process of acid pickling. 7.4 After acid pickling, the surface of steel tube can’t have marks of corrosion apparently and can’t have streaks of color variegation and too much oxide skin. 7.5 The solution of pickling passivation is corrosive solution and pickling liquor has deleteriousness. So the operators must obey the rules and get acid suit and wear gloves、masks and eye shields and so on in the process of operation. The operators also must wear antigas mask of passed examination in the process of acid-washing and under the observing of certain person. 7.6 The acid-washing formula and operate、concentration、volume ratio、temperature of liquor and time of operation mentioned above can make small appropriate adjust. 7.4 The surface of pipes after pickling should not leave trace of corrosion, so as spots of color differences and oxides coats. 7.5 The solutions of pickling and passivization are solution with corrosion, in addition, the pickling solution is also toxic. Therefore, the operator should obey the operation procedure and wearing the anti-corrosion coat, gloves, masks and glasses of protection. During the procedure, the operator should wearing the proper respirator, and working under surveillance. 7.6 The formula of the pickling solution, operation, concentration, volume ratio, solution temperature and procedure duration could be adjusted in small range. The pickling solution can be reused, but the proper concentration and volume ratio should be maintained. |
