| 由上圖可以看出，電解反應(yīng)器通過將三價鉻轉(zhuǎn)化為六價鉻，強氧化性的六價鉻得到再生，通過調(diào)節(jié)濃度和酸度即可進(jìn)行下一周期的氧化精制操作，因此構(gòu)成了一個局部的循環(huán)過程。通過電化學(xué)作用，使得鉻元素不斷失去電子，而氧化精制操作又使其得到電子，由此往復(fù)。而陰極室通過硫酸溶液中的氫離子得到電子變成氫氣而從電極板處排出，氫氣無污染，無需特意處理。整個循環(huán)過程中通過電能的消耗，使得鉻元素充當(dāng)電子得失的媒介。從而實現(xiàn)蒙旦S蠟的間接電合成。 |

| From the figure before we can conclud that the Cr3+ were transfered to Cr6+ by the electrolytic reaction device, in order to regenerate the Cr6+ with strong oxidation, who is also the oxidant for the next step, there is only the adjustion of concentration and pH left to do. Therefore, a particial circulation was formed, Cr kept loosing and geting electrons. Whereas H+ in the sulfuric acide getting the electrons and forming hydrogen gas on the cathode plate in the cathode chamber, no special treatment will be needed because it is not a polussion to the environment. The entire cycle consumme only the electronic energy, and Cr were used as medium agent to achieve the indirect electrolytic preparation of SRWAX S. |
