酯的堿性水解反應(yīng)大多數(shù)是屬于親核加成——消除機(jī)理，OH是較強(qiáng)的親核 試荊，直接與酯的羰基碳發(fā)生親核加成，在最后產(chǎn)物中OH并投有失去 而在酯的酸性水解中。酸本身的組成和質(zhì)量在反應(yīng)前后均未變化。它加快了酯的水解反應(yīng)速率。酯的酸堿反應(yīng)的不同機(jī)理解釋是酯在堿性條件下比酸性條件下反應(yīng)更快。 大概意思對(duì)就行，最好翻譯的學(xué)術(shù)點(diǎn)哈！ [ Last edited by 天路5228 on 2013-8-17 at 09:27 ] |

| The alkaline hydrolysis of ester is mostly the nucleophilic addition -- elimination, OH is a stronger nucleophile, which can make nucleophilic addition with carbonyl carbon of ester, and dosn't vanish in the final product but lost in the acid hydrolysis of the ester. The component and weight are both constant before and after the reaction, which enhance the rate of ester hydrolysis.The explanation for different mechanisms of ester acid-base reaction is that the reaction in alkaline is faster than that in acidic conditions. |
