南科大物理系招做第一性原理計算的博士后（熱電材料）

Postdoc position in modeling thermoelectric materials There is an opening for a joint (in collaboration between experimental and computational group) postdoctoral position at South University of Science and Technology of China, Shenzhen. Successful candidate is expected to have his or her PhD in condensed matter physics or related discipline, previous experience with density functional theory and at least one of the main DFT codes (VASP, Quantum-Espresso, Abinit, ...). Coding skills (e.g. FORTRAN, C, ...) are also highly desirable. Payment: ￥120,000-￥180,000 per annum (depending on the candidate’s experience), free university housing and other benefits according to university policies. 會點CASTEP 不過離專業(yè)搞計算的差遠(yuǎn)了 用C++編過Seebeck 系數(shù)與電導(dǎo)率的 計算程序， 不過后來好像卡在電子帶邊有效質(zhì)量那邊了，記得是用一個常量代替的，大體趨勢也能算出來，再后來就換方向了。。。 實驗上還行， 自己搭了個電導(dǎo)率和賽貝克系數(shù)的測試儀，耗費了好多時間和精力結(jié)果卻不能繼續(xù)在這個方向上做下去。 何老師在熱電這一塊水平相當(dāng)高，國內(nèi)近年來在文章這一塊兒也只有同濟大學(xué)的裴老師能跟你比了。功成名就的人自己都不做科研了。。。 祝早日招到滿意的門生！ |
