漢語：通常情況下，1nmMgO在有些地方是不連續(xù)的。為了保證薄膜的連續(xù)性，薄膜厚度要超過1nm。根據(jù)我們的下面的圖，在三層膜的頂部插入3nm，底部插入4nm，我們可以獲得穩(wěn)定的性能。 Generally, the 1 nm MgO layer would be discontinuous in some places (Ref.). In order to ensure the continuity of the film, the thickness should be more than 1 nm. | In general, there are discontinuities in the 1 nm MgO layer. Thus the thickness of the film must be less than 1 nm to ensure its continuity. As shown in the following diagram, we can obtain steady performance by inserting a layer of 3 nm MgO at the top and 4 nm at the bottom of the trilayers. |
