最近投了一篇文章，審稿人提了幾點意見，編輯給大修。審稿人的意見中一條讓人很費解（已經(jīng)加粗）。這條意見如下：We are not able to identify chalcopyrite structure only by observing 112, 220/204, 312/116 and 332/316 XRD peaks, which can be 111, 220, 311 and 331 peaks of sphalerite structure, respectively. Characteristic peaks that are decisive for chalcopyrite structure are 101, 103, 105/213, 301, and so on.
In this connection, people in academic circles commonly do not use parentheses ( ) to denote diffraction indices; parentheses are used to denote crystal lattice planes.我們在paper中表示XRD峰衍射指數(shù)，用的是晶面指數(shù)，即(112), (220)/(204), (312)/(116) and (332)/(316)。在Jade的pdf卡片中，也是表示的晶面指數(shù)。在我們所見的大多數(shù)文獻中，也是用晶面指數(shù)表示的衍射峰位置。 審稿人的最后一句話讓我很難理解。他的意思是XRD的峰位衍射指數(shù)不是表示晶面指數(shù)嗎？不是晶面指數(shù)又是什么呢？那不用小括號表示的話，用什么符號表示？求蟲友們指點迷津。 |
