OE 修改稿都需要提交哪些內(nèi)容？修改稿上面需要保留修改的痕跡嗎？

求助投過OE的蟲蟲： 提交的修改稿時(shí)，需要提交幾個(gè)文件？系統(tǒng)中看到有這么幾個(gè)類型：Manuscript，Multimedia，Cover Letter，Author response,Optional Red-lined Version.有些疑問： 1、Manuscript 是文章的最終稿嗎？修改的內(nèi)容需要標(biāo)注嗎？ 2、對(duì)于審稿人的意見，回復(fù)內(nèi)容，寫在Cover Letter還是Author response里面？二者有什么區(qū)別？ 3、Optional Red-lined Version 需要寫內(nèi)容？ 4、編輯回復(fù)中提到“a list of all the changes that have been made to the manuscript”，這個(gè)內(nèi)容應(yīng)該在上述文件的哪個(gè)里面？做的每個(gè)修改都要列出來嗎？ 5、OE是不是只有一次修改機(jī)會(huì)？擔(dān)心漏下什么內(nèi)容或者沒理解清楚編輯的意思，畢竟走到這一步很不容易， 希望了解的蟲蟲能給點(diǎn)建議，非常感謝，金幣不多，盡力發(fā)送。 下面是編輯的回復(fù)： It is the policy of Optics Express to allow only one manuscript revision. Thus it is important that you include as part of your resubmission a detailed response to all of the reviewer points, and a list of all the changes that have been made to the manuscript. Of course, you may not agree with the reviewers on every point; in this case, your responses and reasoning should be clearly presented. You may type your statement directly into the designated comment text box provided online or you may copy and paste text into it. You can also upload your statement as a separate file. Please note that resubmissions will not be considered if this statement is not included. If your paper is accepted, you will not have another opportunity to submit additional content revisions. OSA cannot make any changes to your manuscript once it appears on the Forthcoming web page. The production editor has reviewed your manuscript to ensure that it adheres to the style guidelines of Optics Express. The notes below will advise you of any required format changes. Be sure to upload the native file, such as Word with embedded figures, or zipped TeX with .eps or .pdf figures. If uploading your revision in Word format you will also be given the opportunity to upload the source files of your artwork in eps, pdf or tiff format. You will have 10 days to complete the resubmission with content and style changes. Please carefully proofread your article before resubmission. Optics Express articles are not copyedited. |

1）Manuscript是修改的稿件，修改過的內(nèi)容不需要標(biāo)記或突出出來； 2）Cover Letter只需要簡(jiǎn)單的說說已經(jīng)安裝審稿人的建議進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真的修改，對(duì)編輯和審稿人的工作進(jìn)行感謝，對(duì)審稿人問題的答復(fù)放在Author response中； 3）Optional Red-lined Version，應(yīng)該是吧修改過的內(nèi)容用不同背景顏色標(biāo)注或突出出來，供審稿用； 4） “a list of all the changes that have been made to the manuscript”放在Author response中。 |

樓主啊，我現(xiàn)在也有一篇，OE現(xiàn)在讓我修改格式，然后提交到http://prism.opticsinfobase.org/，但是我沒有找到在哪提交修改稿，不可能是從提交新的論文那兒提交的吧 |
