論文被拒后 如何做 已有1人參與

投了carbon ，被拒內(nèi)容如下 Thank you for your recent submission to Carbon. Our Editorial Team screens all new manuscripts for importance, novelty, fit to the journal, presentation quality, and the expected level of interest among our readership in the international carbon materials community. Based on this screening, only a fraction of submissions are sent out for the full peer review process. I regret to inform you that your manuscript was not selected for review and will not be considered further. Please understand that publication in Carbon is quite competitive, and we are forced to reject many valuable studies that may go on to be published in other scientific journals. In this case, we appreciated the importance of your study, but felt it would be a better match in a materials processing or composites journal. The emphasis appeared to us to be on SiC particle dispersion and the interactions among various non-carbon components, rather than on basic carbon materials science. We also noted that the paper never defined carbon-bonded carbon fiber composites or TPS matrix, for example, and as a basic carbon science journal, many of our readers do know these terms used in the composites field. Our decision does not reflect on the quality or importance of your work. Thank you for letting us consider your manuscript.
