Two large furnished rooms, one with a private half bathroom, are available in a single-family house located on Bradmoor Drive, Bethesda, close to NIH, in a quiet and safe area with nice neighborhood. Kitchen, entrance and other living areas are separated from owners’. It is very convenient from the house to NIH and Cities: 15-20 minutes’ Walk distance to NIH (0.6 mile to NIH). A stop of Bus 30, which goes to Bethesda downtown, is in front of the house. Rent: $620/month for the room with a private bathroom and $595/month for the other room. Utilities, cable TV, cable internet, local, long-distance phone calls & some international calls are included. The rooms are available at the end of Sept or after. Moving in date is flexible.
