石墨烯-Fe3O4拉曼光譜分析

| 氧化石墨的拉曼峰D峰和G峰強(qiáng)度為300左右,而氧化石墨和Fe3O4復(fù)合體系的拉曼D峰和G峰強(qiáng)度卻降低至15左右,文獻(xiàn)中這兩個(gè)峰是有降低,但沒(méi)這么明顯,并且測(cè)出來(lái)峰雜峰較多不平滑,想知道這個(gè)測(cè)得正確嗎,還是有別的原因?謝謝 |

我做的就是氧化石墨與四氧化三體的復(fù)合我,我的拉曼我給你截圖看吧,已經(jīng)投稿的小修回來(lái)了,Raman spectroscopy has been utilized as a powerful tool for the characterization of graphene, as it can identify the number of layers [25], the electronic structure [26], the edge structure, the type of doping [27], and any defects in the graphene [28]. Figure 5 compared the Raman spectra of Fe 3O4 , GO/Fe3O4 and graphene oxide. The 7 Raman spectrum of the graphene oxide (in blue) became broader than that of GO/Fe3O4 hybrid microsphere (in red). In the spectrum of graphene oxide, the peak at 1594 cm -1 (G band) corresponded to an E 2g mode of graphite and was related to the vibration of sp 2 -bonded carbon atoms in a 2D hexagonal lattice. The peak at 1334 cm -1 (D band, the breathing mode of κ-point phonons of A 1g symmetry) was associated with vibrations of carbon atoms with dangling bonds in plane terminations of disordered graphite. The G mode of graphene oxide suggested a higher level of disorder of the graphene layers and defects increased during the functionalization process. Besides, the ratio of the intensities (I D /I G ) for graphene oxide was 1.22, indicating formation of some sp 3 carbon by functionalization. The G band located at 1594 cm -1 of the graphene oxide shifted 7 cm -1 toward high frequency with respect to that of the GO/Fe 3O4 hybrid microsphere (1587 cm -1 ); meanwhile the D band exhibited 24 cm -1 blue-shift toward high frequency with respect to that of the graphene-Fe3O4 hybrid spheres (1310 cm -1 ). These blue-shifts might be explained by considering the charge doping by oxygen atoms or ions binding with the carbon dangling bonds during oxygen RIE process. It was reported that, aside from the G band blue-shift, a bandwidth narrowing was also observed in the case of charge doping [29, 30]. The ratio of the intensities (I D /I G ) for GO/Fe 3O4 hybrid microsphere was markedly increased to 1.32; this phenomenon could be attributed to the significant decreased of the size of the in-plane sp 2 domains. As for magnetic oxide, comparing with Raman data of pure Fe 3O4 (in green), we believed that the prepared graphene-Fe3O4 hybrid spheres consisted of Fe3O4 . |
