氧化石墨烯

我是用H法做的氧化石墨烯,用了原料是納米石墨烯片!為什么做出來的氧化石墨烯在200度氬氣環(huán)境下不到一個小時就減少了一半的質(zhì)量,但這個文獻 (Thermal stability of graphite oxide Hae-Kyung Jeong, Yun Pyo Lee, Mei Hua Jin, Eun Sung Kim, Jung Jun Bae, Young Hee Lee)氧化石墨烯在200下兩個小時,質(zhì)量都沒啥變化 ,求各位大神賜教。∵有我對石墨烯不太了解,就是用H法做氧化石墨烯:氧化,然后加H2O2還原,然后洗滌,離心,這樣烘干后得到的是單層的嘛氧化石墨烯嗎?(原料是納米石墨烯片,nanosheet)!!!跪求指教!!! |

嗯 ,就是看見一片文獻:“Preparation of graphene nanosheet. Natural graphite powder (1 g, 99.99%, Sigma- Aldrich) was first stirred in concentrated sulphuric acid (H2SO4, 23 mL) followed by the addition of sodium nitrate (NaNO3, 0.5 g) at room temperature. The stirring lasted for 16h, after that the mixture was cooled down to 0 °C. Potassium permanganate (K2MnO4, 3g) was then added into the solution. After 2 h, a green slurry was formed at around 35 °C,which was then stirred for another 3 h. Then, H2O (46 mL) was slowly added into the solution at around 98 °C. The suspension was kept at this temperature for 30 min before it was further diluted with another addition of water and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2, 140 mL). The suspension was subsequently filtered and washed until reaching a neutral pH, then dried in a vacuum oven at 60 °C to obtain graphite oxide (GO). To obtain graphene, the as-synthesized GO was heated at around 1050 °C in Ar atmosphere for 30 s in a tube furnace”.我知道他這個大致做法和H法差不多,隨后把獲得的氧化石墨烯1050度處理30秒得到石墨烯!但感覺這里面也沒講超聲啊,超聲的步驟難道都是默認的嗎!他這么做最后得到是什么樣石墨烯?是厚度比較薄的石墨烯嗎!那個氧化石墨烯烘干到底啥顏色!我那個石墨烯片 roduct Description: TimesGraphTM ----Graphite Nanoplatelet ( Graphene Nanoplatelet ) Purity:>99.5wt% Thickness:4-20nm layers:<30 Diameter:5-10μm Dengsity: 0.23g/cm3 Volume Resistivity:4*10-4 ohm.cm PH Value:PH=7.00-7.65(30℃)!是從中國科學(xué)院成都有機化學(xué)有限公司買的,我想問的是我的這個東西按H法能做出和用簡單石墨做原料同樣的效果嗎(就是上面講的那個文獻) |
