沒覺得樓主的句子有什么大的問題，建議小的修改如下： 1、Fluorescence intensity of acridine orange was reduced by increasing pH value by having acridine orange deprotonated neutral molecules in strong basic solution. 如果想用被動(dòng)態(tài)，be reduced 比be decreased 更好些（decrease 大多用在非及物）。Having 。。。 deprotonated更加直接 2. This method is convenient, rapid, and works at room temperature 這個(gè)已經(jīng)確認(rèn)方法在室溫下可用，就不需要can 而直接用works了，不然的話會(huì)給人留下在室溫下“有可能”工作的印象。 供參考 |
