[求助]用ANSYS耦合平面出現(xiàn)的錯(cuò)誤~設(shè)置了周期對稱的節(jié)點(diǎn)還能再進(jìn)行平面耦合約束么?

對螺栓法蘭連接系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析,設(shè)置的是周期對稱邊界條件,考慮螺栓的預(yù)緊力,其余的邊界條件是想在法蘭一端進(jìn)行軸向約束,另一端進(jìn)行一個(gè)平面耦合Y方向的約束,但是每次以計(jì)算就會出現(xiàn)如下錯(cuò)誤: *** ERROR *** CP = 91.885 TIME= 20:02:29 Constraint equation 940 has node 1 = 1898 degree of freedom = UY which is also a slave in coupled set 1. *** ERROR *** CP = 91.994 TIME= 20:02:30 Degree of freedom UY at node 2312 is both in constraint equation 940 and a slave degree of freedom of coupled set 1, which may cause a problem. 錯(cuò)誤 1: 一個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)只能在一個(gè)耦合方程中做為從節(jié)點(diǎn)。因?yàn)楣?jié)點(diǎn)耦合的意思是使從節(jié)點(diǎn)的位移自由度與主節(jié)點(diǎn)的自由度相對,如果一個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)同時(shí)存在于兩個(gè)耦合中,那么它到底和哪一個(gè)主節(jié)點(diǎn)的自由度相等呢? 錯(cuò)誤 2: 一個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的 Uy 自由度既出現(xiàn)在某個(gè)約束方程中,又是一個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)耦合中的從節(jié)點(diǎn),處理時(shí)會造成混亂。軟件建議將節(jié)點(diǎn)耦合也修改為約束方程。 |
