| 從下面的圖也可以看出,煤樣中的酸堿氧化物的含量變化是直接導(dǎo)致煤樣灰熔溫度變化的原因,熔點(diǎn)較高的堿性氧化物使棋盤(pán)井和雀兒溝煤樣中的灰熔溫度很高,與其在硅鋁比大小關(guān)系不大。酸性氧化物和堿性氧化物含量的比值在一定范圍內(nèi)可以預(yù)測(cè)灰熔溫度。 從表看到,上海廟煤樣的硅鋁比較高,且SiO2和Al2O3的總含量占煤灰80%以上,其堿性氧化物含量在三種煤樣中最低,占總含量的8.5%,但是雀兒溝和棋盤(pán)井煤樣中的堿性氧化物含量很高,其中CaO的含量分別達(dá)到4.35%、9.12%,CaO自身的熔點(diǎn)較高,其熔點(diǎn)為2610℃,這可能是導(dǎo)致煤樣的灰熔溫度過(guò)高的原因。 |

It can also be seen from the figure below that the change in contents of acid and alkali oxides in the coal sample is the direct cause to changed ash fusion point of the sample. The high melt point of alkali oxides result in very high ash fusion points for the coal samplle from Qipanjing and Queergou and this has little to do with the silica-alumina ratio. The ratio between content of acid respectively alkali oxides can be used to predict ash fusion point within a certain range. From the table it is observed that the silica-alumina ratio for Shanghaimiao coal sample is high and the total content of SiO2 and Al2O3 takes up more than 80% of the ash. Its alkali oxides content is the lowest of all three coal samples and is 8.5% of the total content. In the coal samples from Qipanjing and Queergou, however, the alkali oxides content is very high and the CaO content reaches 4.35% and 9.12% respectively. The melting point of CaO is as high as 2610℃, which is likely the reason why the coal sample has an excessively high ash fusion point. 匆匆,供參考 |
