投稿EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing (SCI IF=1.05)的經(jīng)歷 (轉(zhuǎn)自：http://blog.sciencenet.cn/blog-208175-297323.html） EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing期刊的學(xué)科范疇是信息類，論文的范圍較廣泛：Application areas include (but are not limited to): communications, networking, sensors and actuators, radar and sonar, medical imaging, biomedical applications, remote sensing, consumer electronics, computer vision, pattern recognition, robotics, fiber optic sensing/transducers, industrial automation, transportation， 該期刊由Hindawi Publishing Corporation來負(fù)責(zé)出版，http://www.hindawi.com，該期刊SCI的影響因子1.055 according to 2008 Journal Citation Reports released by Thomson Reuters (ISI) in 2009.。 但該期刊這幾年影響因子均不但上升，筆者在網(wǎng)站上檢索了一下，國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)防科技大學(xué)，東南大學(xué)，西北工業(yè)大學(xué)等單位均有作者在該期刊上發(fā)過論文，我于2009年7月底投稿，感覺編輯對(duì)于格式要求不多，審稿周期大概是3個(gè)半月左右，我于2009年11月收到 審稿的意見，編輯說，共有3個(gè)人審稿，有二個(gè)reviewer的意見已經(jīng)回來了，發(fā)給我，我仔細(xì)看過審稿意見后，發(fā)現(xiàn)審稿結(jié)果是不理想的，非常的不理想， reviewer1給出了約3頁的問題，并且要求我將他未能找到的一篇文獻(xiàn)發(fā)給他，并對(duì)于仿真里面的定量化分析SNR的數(shù)據(jù)詳細(xì)再比較，仿真，最后幾句話特別嚴(yán)肅，不僅僅是major revision的問題。 “************************ Section 5 is somewhat weak and requires some expansion. The second sentence of the first paragraph is not sufficiently justified by the paper. The claim that the XXX approach yields the best de-noising performance would have to be justified by a comparison of other approaches, and in this paper it has only been compared with the XXX processor for one of the three benchmark cases considered. The other two paragraphs do not make any claims about the performance relative to other methods. . I consider sections 4 and 5 to appear weaker than the rest of the paper. The overall recommendation was Review again after major changes; while I consider that some changes are required I am not sure whether they qualify as 'major', but they seem more than 'minor' which is the only other option. ” 同樣reviewer 2 的意見也不好， The manuscript needs a major revision to improve the standard of the English. It is very difficult to determine what the authors mean in certain respects, particularly with regard to the description of the XXX method, which does not appear to make any sense. 同時(shí)他還指出文中的一些錯(cuò)誤，真是汗顏 Section 3.2 - The description of the XXX de-noising scheme does not make sense. Equation 7 - what is L? Equation 8 - what is t'? Section 4 - what noise model is used for treating the surface noise? Section 4.1 - when the authors compare the XXX performance with different SNRs, they also use different XXX positions. It is therefore not possible to distinguish between the effects of the SNR and any variation in performance resulting from XX position. 最后也沒有說意見，只是讓我仔細(xì)再修改。 收到這樣的意見，自己也覺得論文有許多地方需要再認(rèn)真修改，基本也沒有勇氣再修改后的想法了。 大約過了2周，我自己和研究生，認(rèn)真討論了一下仿真過程中的問題，包括環(huán)境參數(shù)的設(shè)置等，但如果修改的話，工作量還是非常大的，09年11月底，又碰到科技部一個(gè)項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃書要寫了，所以特別忙碌，論文修改這件事就停下來了。 到了09年12月1號(hào)編輯來信說，怎么我沒有給他們回復(fù)，他準(zhǔn)備再給那兩位專家審我的論文�？吹骄庉嫷男�，覺得還是有希望的，于是開始了修改的補(bǔ)充工作，論文也從10頁增加到了16頁，辛苦工作了18天， 于12月19號(hào)晚上提交了修改稿。 于是滿懷信心的等編輯的意見，這一次編輯回復(fù)非�？�，約過了10天，編輯就回復(fù)，又接到那兩位審稿人的意見，打開一看，意見竟然又非常多，特別是reviewer1說，為何擅自在文中增加了一些根本不相關(guān)的仿真圖片和不太相關(guān)的內(nèi)容，而且這些內(nèi)容和主題沒有內(nèi)在的關(guān)聯(lián)性，要求我馬上刪除(但我并不認(rèn)同他的觀點(diǎn))，而且按他的要求補(bǔ)充內(nèi)容，1，2，3等，，結(jié)論是MAJOR REVISION! reviewer2這次意見不錯(cuò)，大意是說我已經(jīng)按照他的要求修改了，但必須解決一個(gè)問題，英文不流利，部分地方看不懂，，，“The revised manuscript could still benefit from the attentions of a competent Enlish-speaking editor. The primary weakness of this paper remains the fact that results of simulations with different XXX positions are compared to infer the influence of signal-to-noise ratio. It therefore remains impossibile to separate the effects of SNR and true source range. ”意見 minor revision. 于是又開始了修改，大約于2010年1月15號(hào)再次提交修改版本， 9天后，2010年1月24號(hào)，收到編輯的來信，reviewer 1的意見，仍然是要我再修改一下，但已經(jīng)并為minor revision， 只得再次修改，于2010年2月10號(hào)提交修改版。 最終編輯于2010年2月24日，發(fā)來信說論文Accepted.但仍然要求我找一位英語好的人，幫我再次修改一下論文。 這是我投稿該期刊的經(jīng)歷，感覺雖然寫了不少英 文論文，但仍然英語水平要不斷提高才行呀！對(duì)自己的論文還是要認(rèn)真，再認(rèn)真！ 剛參加了IEEE協(xié)會(huì)，繳納了69.5美元的年費(fèi)，下次投稿論文的目標(biāo)是IIEEE Transactions on GEOSCIENCE AND REMOTE SENSING (該論文的影響因子3.4)，2010年的目標(biāo)是能中一篇 IEEEransactions on GEOSCIENCE AND REMOTE SENSING 或者 IEEE GEOSCIENCE AND REMOTE SENSING LETTERS （影響因子1.6左右） |
