文章直接被拒--materials science and engineering A 已有2人參與

 等了4個月零7天，編輯說根據(jù)審稿人意見，直接reject了。本人第一次投該雜志，請問蟲友們，一般收到這樣的郵件用不用給編輯回信呢？郵件里只附帶了一個審稿人的審稿意見，說了一些試驗(yàn)條件不夠明確及圖表格式上的問題，當(dāng)然也說近五年的參考文獻(xiàn)不多，結(jié)果及討論不是很清楚，建議目前的稿件不發(fā)表。能否再修改一下，再請編輯給次機(jī)會呢？Reviewers' comments: Reviewer #2: The paper presents an investigation on high temperature mechanical fatgue failure behavior of solder joint. The work is very interesting and good. The language is impressive and organisation of the paper is good. The work presented seems to be preliminary work and lacks many data enabling the reproduaction of the expeirments carried out. For example : it does not mention the period of fatigue test, nos. of samples tested and failure aftre how many cycle. The format of the manuscript is not in the standard MSEA format for tables and figures. Mechanical properties of chemical composition of the materials used need to be included. The references are not up-to-date. If we see the references for last five years, it has citation of 1 from 2011, 3 from 2009 and 1 from 2008. It needs to be updated. More clarity is needed in results and discussion part. Hence, the paper suffers is not upto the standard of MSEA and hence, the recommendation is against the publication of this manuscript in the present form. |
