| B柱轉(zhuǎn)角處破裂的原因是其受轉(zhuǎn)角處拉深筋的影響。凸模和凹模的大端處拉深筋過高時(shí)，使得該處的進(jìn)料阻力過大，導(dǎo)致破裂。對應(yīng)變路徑分析也表明，當(dāng)降低拉深筋后，路徑由復(fù)雜變簡單，減少了破裂的發(fā)生。另外，通過對起皺區(qū)域起皺高度的測量以及與數(shù)值模擬的對比可知，對于熱沖壓而言，采用傳統(tǒng)的起皺判定準(zhǔn)則是可行的，即不同溫度下在純剪切狀態(tài)面以下的應(yīng)變點(diǎn)對應(yīng)的板料部位判定為起皺。 |

The reason why the corner of B column fractured is that the area was impacted by the drawbead at the corner. When drawbead at the larger ends of punch-pin and die is too high, the local material feeding resistance will also be too high so that fracture is resulted. The corresponding strain path analysis shows also that when the drawbead is lowered, the path becomes simpler and fracture potential is reduced. In addition, by measuring the height of wrinkling where it occurs, and comparing with numerical simulations, it is seen that as far as hot pressing is concerned, it is feasible to follow the traditional criterion for wrinkling,i.e., the slab area corresponding to the strain spots below the pure shear plane for different temperatures, is considered to wrinkle. 匆匆，供參考 |
