NiO(111)面的Octopolar重構(gòu)

| NiO是一種NaCl型結(jié)構(gòu),(111)面由陽(yáng)離子和陰離子交替出現(xiàn)。有兩篇PRL指出,NiO(111)的O-terminated表面不穩(wěn)定,會(huì)按照Octopolar reconstruction方式重構(gòu).一篇JPCC做了CO在NiO(111)面上的氧化計(jì)算,做出的Octopolar reconstruction表面是刪掉最表層3/4的O原子和次表層1/4的Ni原子。如果這樣做,Ni:O就不是1:1的計(jì)量結(jié)構(gòu)了。求解釋。 |

1. 謝謝你的回復(fù)。你給出了另外一種做模型的方法,并且告訴我模型中的原子比例存在不按照化學(xué)計(jì)量比的情況。 這是在表面計(jì)算才成立的喔 塊材的話是按照化學(xué)計(jì)量比 (若是有 defect,那又是另一個(gè) story 了) 2. 我想知道,對(duì)于1樓附件一文獻(xiàn)中的模型是怎么做出來的。文中Page 5說"In this study, we used a p(2*2) O-terminated octopolar NiO(111) surface with 3/4 ML O missing in the top layer and 1/4 ML Ni missing in the second layer." 3. 我做了一個(gè)7 double layer的p(2*2) slab, 按照你的提議,只需要?jiǎng)h掉底層的Ni原子層就可以了。但如果按照1樓附件一文獻(xiàn)做出的模型又是什么樣的模型呢?希望能直接在上傳的.cif文件上修改。 如同我剛回應(yīng) 你這樣做是一個(gè) ideal 的 NiO(111) 7 bi-layer model ?K非 PAPER 內(nèi)的 MODEL 因?yàn)?ideal NiO(111) 活性太高 (太多 dangling bonds) 不穩(wěn)定 所以表面會(huì)重構(gòu) (reconstruction) 因此穩(wěn)定態(tài)的 NiO(111) 應(yīng)該要如同 paper 內(nèi)所講 (如果paper是對(duì)的) 3/4 ML O missing in the top layer and 1/4 ML Ni missing in the second layer 把第一層的氧拿掉三顆 (隨便拿,反正都一樣) 再拿掉第二層的 Ni 一顆 (這個(gè)就要小心) 詳情要去看他裡面 reference 的 34, 35 (34) Wolf, D.
