回復(fù)審稿人的話，請幫忙翻譯成英文，謝謝！ 晶體的極化溫度和極化電流密度，與晶體組分有關(guān)，并且由于摻雜的作用，其值均有所升高。同成分鈮酸鉀鈉晶體的極化溫度一般為1180℃，摻入Mg和Fe后，本征缺陷濃度降低，導(dǎo)致極化溫度會升高。每個樣品的極化溫度會有所不同，這個1200度能滿足我們所有的試驗(yàn)樣品。 [ Last edited by jiayou201101 on 2013-11-12 at 21:01 ] |

我的建議： The polarisation temperature and current density of crystal are related to its composition and both will rise somewhat due to the impact of doping. The polarisation temperature of the corresponding potassium sodium niobate crystal is usually 1180℃ but when Mg and Fe are mixed in, the intrinsic defect concentration will decrease, leading to increase in the polarisation temperature. Though there are variations of this temperature among the samples, 1200℃ will accomodate all our test samples. |

| Crystal polarization temperature and current density, associated with crystal components, and due to the effect of doping, its value was increased with all components of the potassium sodium niobate crystals polarization temperature generally is 1180, after the incorporation of Mg and Fe, intrinsic defect concentration decreased, lead to polarization of the temperature rise every sample temperature are different, the 1200 - degree can satisfy all of our test samples |
