溶劑吸收法收集佛手揮發(fā)油 摘要:[目的]探究潮汕新鮮佛手腌制過程中精油的揮發(fā)程度,以及收集佛手揮發(fā)油的工藝[方法]采用密封裝置進(jìn)行模擬腌制,在常壓狀態(tài)下,用環(huán)己烷作為吸收劑進(jìn)行精油的吸收,通過單因素改變鹽水濃度與物料質(zhì)量的比例、吸收劑用量與物料質(zhì)量的比例,測(cè)定吸收劑中的佛手揮發(fā)油的紫外吸收,分析兩個(gè)因素對(duì)吸收劑中佛手精油含量的影響[結(jié)果] 當(dāng)鹽的用量為25%時(shí),吸收劑中的佛手揮發(fā)油在腌制的10天過程中濃度較高,佛手的腌制效果相對(duì)較佳。在相同鹽濃度的佛手腌制過程,吸收劑的體積跟佛手的質(zhì)量比為0.07~0.1,吸收劑對(duì)佛手揮發(fā)油的吸收效果較佳,不會(huì)出現(xiàn)吸收劑量過剩的問題。 關(guān)鍵字:佛手;腌制方法 ;環(huán)己烷;揮發(fā)油 求化學(xué)的專業(yè)英語翻譯 拜謝了 |

Solvent absorption method to collect bergamot essential oil Abstract: Objective To explore the volatile oil [] Chaoshan fresh Bergamot pickling process, and process [Methods] of bergamot essential oil sealing device with simulated pickle, under the condition of normal atmospheric pressure, with cyclohexane as the absorbent of oil absorption, changing the salt concentration and mass by single factor proportion, absorbent dosage and the quality of a material proportion of UV absorber, determination of volatile oil absorption, analysis of two factors of bergamot essential oil content in absorbent effect [results] when the salt concentration was 25%, the absorbent of bergamot essential oil concentration in the preserved during the 10 day high, salting effect Bergamot relatively better. Under the same salt concentrations of bergamot pickling process, quality of absorbent with bergamot volume ratio 0.07~0.1, absorbent for absorbing effect of bergamot essential oil is good, won't appear the problem of excess absorbed dose.
