| Studies using 10Cr-0.015Si-0.08C alloys with S levels (10 and 150 ppm) below the solubility limit, under conditions where the martensitic structures were retained following increasing tempering times, suggested that the observed reduction in oxidation rate in steam at 650°C (1202°F) for the S-containing alloy was related to the tendency at approx. 600°C (1112°F) for fine chromium sulfide precipitates to oxidize, so effectively releasing Cr. Assuming that the chromium sulfide precipitates adjacent to the alloy surface would be the first to react, they might be considered to act as dispersed reservoirs of Cr, which provide a boost in the (effective) near-surface Cr content in the initial stages of oxidation. |

用硫含量（10和150ppm）低于溶解極限的10Cr-0.015Si-0.08C合金， 在增加回火時間但保留馬氏體結(jié)構的條件下做的課題，都指向觀察到的含硫合金在650°C (1202°F)蒸汽中氧化率的降低和一個趨勢有關。這個趨勢指的是在大約600°C (1112°F)時，精細的 Cr2S3析出相會氧化，即有效地釋放出Cr。假設接近合金表面的Cr2S3析出相會先發(fā)生反應的話，可以把它們看成Cr的分散儲集層。 它們在氧化的初始階段給在近表面的有效的Cr含量起了助力作用。 供參考 |
