范德華網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論 該理論假設(shè)炭黑聚集體內(nèi)部的炭黑粒子是沿著拉伸方向平行排列的,粒子表面被聚合物全 部覆蓋,連接聚集體和聚集體鏈的長度存在著一定的分布,以炭黑聚集體和連接聚集體的 聚合物一起作為基本的增強(qiáng)體,總應(yīng)力由未填充橡膠網(wǎng)絡(luò)的應(yīng)力和炭黑聚集體網(wǎng)絡(luò)的應(yīng)力 2部分組成。 該理論認(rèn)為在橡膠變形時,在填料粒子之間的吸溜膠的形變遠(yuǎn)大于宏觀形變,所以填料粒 子聚集體可以產(chǎn)生內(nèi)部滑移,填料粒子的滑移是塑性形變,是熟化膠產(chǎn)生Mull ins效應(yīng)的原 因。 椽膠的增強(qiáng)來自于對橡膠粒子分開的反抗。橡膠的增強(qiáng)效果與吸留膠的厚度分布有關(guān)。 粒子和粒子之間的作用是范德華力,粒子和聚合物基質(zhì)之間的結(jié)合力較強(qiáng)。 使粒子分開的臨界應(yīng)力是粒子之間的范德華應(yīng)力。 |

Van der waals network theory The theory assumes that carbon black particles inside the carbon black aggregates are arranged in parallel along the tensile direction. The particle surface is completely covered by polymer, and there are certain distributions on lengths of linking aggregates and aggregate chains. As the basic reinforcement together with the carbon black aggregates and polymer connecting the aggregates, the total stress is composed by two parts: the stress of the unfilled rubber network and the stress of carbon black aggregates network. According to the theory, deformation of absorbing rubber among the filler particles far outweighs macroscopic deformation when rubber becomes deformed. Thus, the filler particle aggregates can produce interior slip, and slip of the filler particles is the plastic deformation and the reason of Mullins effect produced by curing glue. The enhancement of rafter rubber is from the resistance of rubber particle separation. The enhanced effects of rubber are related to thickness distributions of absorbing rubber. The interaction among the particles is Van der waals force, and binding force is more powerful between particles and polymer matrix. The critical stress which makes particles separated is Van der waals stress among the particles. |
