求助炭黑方面的幾句文獻(xiàn)翻譯(中譯英)

研究了炭黑類型及用量對丁基橡膠(IIR)動態(tài)力學(xué)性能的影響。 研究結(jié)果表明,隨著炭黑粒徑的增大,tan δ值所對應(yīng)的溫度 變化不大,都在-1.5℃左右,但是tan δ max 值呈明顯上升 的趨勢,且玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變區(qū)域逐漸變寬,儲能模量E’降低。炭 黑粒徑越大,在橡膠基體中所形成的結(jié)合膠越少,交聯(lián)密度 越低。當(dāng)橡膠受到交變應(yīng)力作用時,橡膠大分子鏈易在炭黑 表面滑動,橡膠分子鏈與炭黑表面間的摩擦造成的能量損耗 增加,硫化膠的損耗因子峰值呈增高趨勢;隨著炭黑N990用 量的增加,IIR硫化膠的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變區(qū)域逐漸變窄,tan δ峰值 逐漸變小,而Tg略有升高。 |

| Studies of the influence of dynamic mechanical properties of butyl rubber by the type and amount of carbon black (IIR) showed that with the increase of the size of the carbon black particle , little tan δ changed at around -1.5 ℃corresponding to the temperature, but the tan δ max values were significantly increased. With glass transition region gradually widened, the storage modulus E 'decreased. The larger Charcoal Black diameter, the less jointed rubber to form in the rubber matrix and the lower crosslinking density. When the rubber subjected to alternating stress , rubber macromolecular chains are likely slide over the surface of the carbon black . The friction between the rubber molecular chain and the surface of carbon black caused higher energy loss and the vulcanized rubber loss factor peak rised . With the increasing use of carbon black N990, the glass transition region of the vulcanized rubber IIR is gradually narrowed , tan δ peak became smaller and the Tg increased slightly. |
