| 當兩種金屬材料發(fā)生碰撞時,首先在兩種材料內部沿著管件徑向產生方向相反的反射波。在隨后內、外管的反射波分別在內管內壁和外管外壁發(fā)生反射,由于內外管的壁厚不同,因此反射波的振蕩周期也不相同。在內管中的沖擊波與碰撞時產生的沖擊波在碰撞點迭加形成壓力峰值。在碰撞點處的碰撞速度明顯高于碰撞點之后的金屬流動速度,因此在碰撞處形成波峰。由于在管中傳播的時間不同,導致波峰向焊接方向一側偏轉。 |

| When the collision of two kinds of metallic materials happened, firstly, reflected waves along opposite radial directions of inside of the two kinds of pipe metallic materials. Subsequently, reflected waves of the inner pipe will reflect inside the inner wall of the pipe, and reflected waves of the outer pipe will reflect inside the wall of the outer pipe. As the different wall thickness of the inner and outer pipe, the periods of oscillation of the back waves are different. Pressure peak was formed at the collision point by overlap of shock waves of inner pipes. The collision speed at the collision point is higher than the speed of metal flow after the collision point, so the wave peak was formed at the collision point. As the spread of time are different, the wave peak deflect to the direction of welding. |

When two pieces of metals collide, at first reflective radial waves are resulted in the two materials in the opposite direction. Subsequently the reflective waves in the inner and outer pipe are reflected at the inner surface of the inner pipe and outer surface of the outer pipe, respectively. Due to the different wall thicknesses in the inner and outer pipe, the oscillation periods of the reflective waves are different, too. The shock wave in the inner pipe and the shock wave caused by collision are superposed at the collision point to form a pressure peak. The collision speed is clearly higher than the metal movement speed at this collision point than any point beyond and hence a wave crest is formed at the collision point. As the propagation times in the pipes are different, the wave crest is deflected towards the welding direction. 供參考, 不妥見諒 |
