Please not send the email to me because I just help my friend. Postddoctoral Position in Bioinorganic Chemistry. We have recently demonstrated the use of novel mixed-metal binuclear ruthenium(II)-cobalt(II) complexes for the artificial photosynthetic synthesis of hydrogen from acidic acetonitrile. A postdoctoral position is available to investigate the mechanism of the use of novel mixed-metal binuclear ruthenium(II)-cobalt(II) complexes for the production of hydrogen in acidic aqueous media. To be highly competitive for this position, candidates should have a Ph.D. in inorganic chemistry, with basic research experiences in either of the following areas: analytical (inclusive of electrochemical, ESI MS, the use of a GC, and NMR spectroscopy) and/or physical chemistry, spectroscopy of materials, and the syntheses of ligands for coordination to transition metals.
