第一次投這個(gè)雜志，看了主頁的Guide for Authors，還是有幾個(gè)地方不明白，希望知道的蟲友指點(diǎn)一下，謝謝哈！ 1. 圖片和表格是各自作為單獨(dú)文件上傳嗎？圖釋和表釋也是單獨(dú)上傳嗎？下面是雜志的原話： Figures and tables embedded in text Please ensure the figures and the tables included in the single file are placed next to the relevant text in the manuscript, rather than at the bottom or the top of the file. 另外一段話是這樣的： Article structure Follow this order when typing manuscripts: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Main text, Acknowledgements, Appendix, References, Figure Captions Tables. 還有一段話是這樣： Figure captions Ensure that each illustration has a caption. A caption should comprise a brief title (not on the figure itself) and a description of the illustration. Keep text in the illustrations themselves to a minimum but explain all symbols and abbreviations used. 感覺有些矛盾啊，不懂，求解釋！ 2. Guide for Authors里面沒有要求寫cover letter 和Highlights，但是看最近快要出版的文章里面都只有Highlights，沒有cover letter ，那我也只寫Highlights 會(huì)不會(huì)對(duì)文章接受有影響呢？ |

沒投過這個(gè)雜志，根據(jù)你貼的回復(fù)下 1. 沒看到有矛盾的地方，雜志應(yīng)該是要求圖、表直接放在文檔中合適的位置，圖表題目不要和圖表粘貼成一個(gè)文件，要分別放置，圖表題目要求在最后單獨(dú)列出來，但是圖表本身不要放在文檔開頭或者結(jié)尾處 2. cover letter 是通訊作者給編輯的信，審稿人都看不到，又怎么會(huì)放在正式發(fā)表的文章中，如果投稿系統(tǒng)里面有放cover letter的位置，最好寫一下，突出你研究的價(jià)值，讓編輯更快的了解這篇文章的重點(diǎn)在哪里 |
