上述研究得到的結論對于指導脈沖濾筒除塵器清灰系統(tǒng)操作參數的設計具有重要的現實意義,因此,該研究成果是否具有可靠性和普遍適用性將是一個必須回答的問題。下面就通過對Φ147×1000mm濾筒進行試驗,對不同噴吹距離下各測點脈沖壓力峰值進行對比分析,得到最佳噴吹距離,以此試驗結果初步驗證上述結論(4)的可靠性與適用性,結果如表4所示。 由表4可以看出,對于Φ147×1000mm濾筒,當噴吹孔徑為8mm,噴吹壓力0.6MPa時,對應最佳噴吹距離為210mm,前面已經闡述如何判定最佳噴吹距離,此處不再詳述。根據上述研究得到的關系式(4)計算本試驗條件的最佳噴吹距離,已知Φ147×1000mm濾筒直徑90mm,噴吹孔徑8mm。 由計算結果可以看出,試驗得到的最佳噴吹距離與計算得到的最佳噴吹距離基本吻合,從而一定程度驗證了上述結論的可靠性與普遍適用性。 另外,經過分析,Φ325×660mm濾筒在噴吹孔徑為8mm時的D/S為0.42,與Hiroyuki的研究結果最優(yōu)D/S范圍0.4~0.5一致,從而進一步驗證了本研究結論的可靠性與普遍適用性。 The research results above have important practical significance to guide the parameters designing of the pulse cleaning system of cartridge filter, Therefore, whether the study results have general applicability will be a necessary question to answer.In the following, we verify the reliability and applicability of the above conclusion preliminarily by the testing result of the experiment of Φ147×1000mm filter cartridge, the result is shown in Table 4. When the nozzle diameter is 8mm and the initial tank pressure is 0.6MPa, the optimum jet distance is 210mm, we have described how to determine the optimum jet distance above and it is unnecessary to go into details here.Calculate the optimum jet distance by formula (4), according to the study above, given Φ147×1000mm filter cartridge opening diameter of 90mm, nozzle diameter of 8mm. From the computing result, the optimum jet distance got from the test is basically consistent to the computing result, which validated reliability and wide applicability of the above conclusion to a certain extent .Additionally, through analysis, D/S of Φ325×660mm filter cartridge of 8mm nozzle diameter is 0.42, which is consistent to the Hiroyuki’s result of optimum D/S range of 0.4~0.5, which verify the reliability of the conclusion further. |
