|
Cerium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG:Ce) powder was synthesized by the Pechini method with aluminum nitride, yttrium nitride, citric acid and ethylene glycol as the starting materials. Structure, morphology and luminescence spectra were investigated by using X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy measurements. The pure YAG phase was formed after heat treatment at 800 C for 3 h and no intermediate phase was observed. The average size of the particles was about 70 nm. The photoluminescence spectrum of the crystalline YAG:Ce phosphors showed the green-yellow emission with 5d?4f transition as the most prominent group. The increase of the ethylene glycol:citric acid molar ratio, resulted in a powder with smaller particle size and better luminescence properties. |

以氮化鋁，氮化釔，檸檬酸和乙二醇作為原料，通過Pechini法合成鈰摻雜的釔鋁石榴石，通過X-射線衍射，熱重-差熱分析，電子顯微鏡掃描，傅里葉變換紅外光譜和光致發(fā)光光譜測量來確定它的結(jié)構(gòu)，外形與發(fā)光光譜。純的YAG相在800℃，3小時熱處理后形成，并且沒有觀察到中間其它相的生成。微粒的平均尺寸為70nm.YAG晶體的光致發(fā)光光譜：鉻以5d-4f躍遷為最重要的部分，熒光呈現(xiàn)黃綠色發(fā)光帶。乙二醇/檸檬酸的摩爾比的增加使粉末具有更小的顆粒以及更優(yōu)的發(fā)光性能。 新蟲回帖，求鼓勵~ |
