投國外期刊需要交錢嗎？在作者指南看到一段話，弄糊涂了，大家給看看，謝謝 已有6人參與

CALL FOR PAPERS:Manuscripts submitted to this journal will be considered for publication with the understanding that the same work has not been published and is not under consideration elsewhere. There is a page charge for publication in the journal which covers the publication expenses. The papers accepted for publication will be processed further toward publication after the authors pay a page charge at the rate of 25 Euro per page. The method of payment is by bank transfer or by bank cheque. After the publication the corresponding author will receive reprints with covers by air-mail as well as the e-file of the final form of the paper by e-mail. 在作者指南上看到上面一段話，其中有一句是說要每頁掏25歐，本來準(zhǔn)備投這個，這下還得問問老板了。 不是說好國外期刊不要錢的嗎，有點糊涂，是不是要出版成紙質(zhì)版的才收費的意思？還請大家指教指教。 |
