關(guān)于磁性法測壁厚的,非常感謝 Magnetic pull-off instruments(磁引力儀器) employ an attraction principle and a stationary magnetic field. These mechanical instruments measure the force required to pull a permanent magnet from a coated magnetic metal substrate. The magnetic force of attraction to the substrate beneath the coating is opposed by a spring or coil. Tension is applied to the spring/coil until the magnetic attraction to the magnetic substrate is overcome. The instrument must be placed directly on the coated surface to obtain a measurement. The force holding the permanent magnet to the magnetic base is inversely proportional to the thickness of the coating layer(s) between the magnet and the magnetic base. For example, a thin coating applied to a ferrous substrate will require greater spring tension to pull the magnet off than will a thicker coating, since the magnet is closer to the ferrous substrate with the thinner coating. 磁引力儀器遵循吸引的原則并采用了固定的磁場。這些機(jī)械儀器測量把一塊永磁體從表面鍍了磁性金屬的基體上拉開所需要的力。對鍍層下面的基體的磁吸引力由一個(gè)彈簧或彈簧圈來平衡。拉伸彈簧或彈簧圈,直到完全克服對磁性基體的吸引力。測量時(shí)該儀器必須直接放置于鍍層表面。把永磁體和磁性基體綁定一起的力和磁鐵與此基體間的鍍層的厚度成反比。例如,在含鐵的基體上鍍一個(gè)薄的鍍層就比一個(gè)厚的鍍層需要更大的拉力來拉開磁鐵。這是因?yàn)樵摯盆F在薄鍍層的情況下離含鐵的基體比厚鍍層更近。 這一反比關(guān)系體現(xiàn)在儀器上非線性的刻度上。 供參考,希望沒晚 |
