甲基咪唑和3-氯-1-丙醇為原料合成離子液體

| 麻煩高手幫忙翻譯一下該段:以甲基咪唑和3-氯-1-丙醇為原料合成離子液體(1-羥丙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸鹽,NpmimBF4),并將其接枝固載到有機(jī)介孔材料(FDU-15)上,合成制備了有機(jī)介孔催化劑(NpmimBF4-FDU)。采用熱重、X-射線衍射、紅外光譜及透射電鏡等對(duì)催化劑結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征,并考察了催化劑在碳酸丙烯酯(PC)水解反應(yīng)中的催化性能,結(jié)果表明,該催化體系在常壓下能有效催化碳酸丙烯酯水解生成1,2-丙二醇。在催化劑的質(zhì)量百分含量為4%、溫度80 ℃、反應(yīng)時(shí)間2 h的條件下,碳酸丙烯酯的轉(zhuǎn)化率較高。經(jīng)簡(jiǎn)單分離后催化劑可重復(fù)使用5次而活性變化較大。同時(shí)對(duì)催化碳酸丙烯酯水解生成1,2-丙二醇(PG)的機(jī)理進(jìn)行了初步探討。 |

| Organic mesoporous catalyst (NpmimBF4-FDU) was prepared by ionic liquid (1 - hydroxypropyl 3 - methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, NpmimBF4) which was synthesized by methyl imidazole and 3 - chloro-1 - propanol and immobilized to the organic mesoporous material (FDU-15) . The structure of the catalyst was characterized by TGA, X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy and the catalytic performance was investigated in propylene carbonate (PC) hydrolysis reaction .The results showed that the catalytic system at atmospheric pressure can effectively catalyze the hydrolysis of propylene carbonate to 1,2 - propanediol and the mass percentage content of the catalyst of 4%, temperature 80 ℃, reaction time 2 h are with a higher conversion rate of propylene carbonate. After a simple separation ,the catalyst can be reused five times with little activity changes. At the same time ,mechanism of hydrolysis of propylene carbonate to 1,2 - propanediol (PG) was discussed |
