焦炭壁層一旦形成，就會(huì)阻礙熱傳導(dǎo)，焦炭壁上層火溫超過(guò)500℃時(shí)，采油作業(yè)下層的溫度低于27℃。此外，壁上孔道使大部分注入的空氣直接進(jìn)入生產(chǎn)井，燃燒率降低，只是火驅(qū)采油可達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)性的燃燒率的很小一部分。不幸的是，這種焦炭層一旦形成，現(xiàn)存方法不能溶解或分散，熱傳導(dǎo)遭到阻礙。導(dǎo)致上層溫度超過(guò)5000℃時(shí)，下層采油層熱傳導(dǎo)產(chǎn)生的溫度小于27℃。通常需要鉆一個(gè)新的注射井，要么穿過(guò)焦炭壁避免其影響，要么從另一側(cè)繞過(guò)焦炭壁。然而，另鉆一個(gè)井價(jià)格昂貴，并不能阻止形成另一層壁。 |
