關(guān)于《JOURNAL OF AGRICULTURAL AND FOOD CHEMISTRY》投稿格式等問(wèn)題 已有1人參與

最近在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》上投了一篇稿件，因?yàn)楦袷絾?wèn)題被退回來(lái)，有點(diǎn)問(wèn)題還不太明白，麻煩有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的蟲(chóng)友指教一下！下面是編輯回復(fù)的郵件: THE SUBMISSION REQURIEMENTS BELOW ARE MANDATORY >1. Lines in the abstract and text should be numbered consecutively from beginning to end in a separate column on the left hand margin, and thus should not restart on every page. Please also double-space the lines. > If you are unable to add line numbers please email the Help Desk (support@services.acs.org) for assistance. > 2. Please number each figure on the page it is on and also add the heading TOC to the TOC. > Once your changes are completed log into ACS ParagonPlus at https://acs.manuscriptcentral.com/acs and select "My Authoring Activity". There you will find your manuscript title listed under "Unsubmitted Manuscripts". Your original files are available to you when you upload your manuscript. If you are replacing files, please remove the old version of the file from the manuscript before uploading the new file. > Supporting Information: If needed, a paragraph titled Supporting Information Available should be included after the acknowledgment paragraph. The last line of the paragraph should read as follows: This information is available free of charge via the Internet at http: //pubs.acs.org. > Please contact the Editorial Office if you have further questions. 問(wèn)題： 我的文章已經(jīng)是雙倍行距的了，是不是就選中摘要和正文以及參考文獻(xiàn)直接加入行號(hào)就行了？ 手稿中我的每個(gè)圖下面都有Figure 1 圖題，F(xiàn)igure 2 圖題等文字，他要求給圖形編號(hào)是什么意思？每個(gè)圖都單獨(dú)列一頁(yè)嗎？ 投稿時(shí)，直接就把原來(lái)的稿件刪掉，再把我修改好的稿子重新上傳就行了嗎？還是重新投稿，并在 cover letter里也寫(xiě)上我的稿件編號(hào)，以及針對(duì)修改意見(jiàn)的說(shuō)明？ 關(guān)于支持信息那部分我不太明白編輯是什么意思。 急需幫助!不勝感激！ |
