[求助] 求翻譯潤(rùn)色-水稻育種方面的

發(fā)展廣適性雜交水稻的關(guān)鍵在于不育系選育，但目前應(yīng)用在生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐上的廣適性不育系還較少，本文是以適應(yīng)性較好的云豐66 A為母本，云豐66B/D62B的F1代優(yōu)良單株作父本進(jìn)行雜交并回交育成的廣適、優(yōu)質(zhì)水稻秈型不育系。結(jié)果選育得到的不育系云谷3A株葉形態(tài)優(yōu)良，分蘗強(qiáng)，開(kāi)花習(xí)性好，不育性穩(wěn)定，不育株率和花粉不育度均為100%，配合力強(qiáng)，異交結(jié)實(shí)率高，感光、感溫性弱，抗病性強(qiáng)，于2013年通過(guò)云南省品種審定委員會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)鑒定。云谷3A有利于組配出優(yōu)質(zhì)、廣適的雜交稻新組合，具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。
Breeding sterile line is the key to development of wide adaptability hybrid rice, but at present applied in production practice of widely adaptability of sterile lines are less. Yun gu3A is a new WA-type CMS line with good grain quality in rice, which is developed by crossing Yun feng 66A, which has wide adaptability, to the selected F1 plants from the cross of Yun feng 66B /D62B, followed by successive selection and backcross. The finally obtained CMS Yun gu3A had good plant type and leaf shape, strong tillering trait, excellent flowering habit, stable and complete male sterility with 100% of sterile plants and pollen sterility, strong combining ability, high outcrossing rate, insensitive to light and temperature , strong disease resistance, and had been approved by the Variety Appraisal Committee of Yunnan Province in 2013.Yun gu3A is conducive to developing new hybrid rice combinations with good quality and wide adaptability, and shows a good prospect in productional application.
