plose one 投稿注意事項 已有10人參與

摘抄了一些關于plos one 投稿的帖子，有需要的看看吧 PLOS One或SpringerPlus 1、1350美元 費率：6.0915 8223.525rmb 1350$, 貌似可以和編輯申請減免 上次出了400刀，網友說太多，這次準備出100刀，不行再加，反正可以討價還價。 最近投了一篇Plos One，經小修之后接收，整個過程還算順利，這個雜志果然如傳說中那樣，只要問題不大基本不會拒稿，我們這個文章兩個審稿人，一個意見接收，一個給出了極端意見，按意見修改一下直接返回，一個月之后編輯決定接收。 接下來就是交版面費的問題了。知道這個雜志一般要收一千三百多美刀的版面費，課題組倒不是沒有這個錢，也不是這個錢不能報銷，關鍵是覺得國家的血汗錢就這么花了不值（聽聞鬼子國辦的雜志很多要收錢，在投之前將鬼子辦的雜志全部過濾了一遍），于是在接到正式錄用信之后按提示給雜志社發(fā)了一封郵件要求減免版面費，沒想到出版集團搞了個踢皮球，回信說問我能出多少，感覺就是討價還價，第一次搞這樣的事，沒敢太狠，把整數(shù)去掉，留下了個零頭，四百美刀，在陳述課題組資金緊張、課題組是青年研究者之外順便拍了一把雜志馬屁，一周后回信，成交。老板感慨，當時應該再狠一點，要求全免，希望能給后來的苦逼科研人員提供點經驗，課題組有錢倒其次，課題組沒錢真是能省就應該省，況且這都是國家的血汗錢，退一萬步講，實在有錢，出去下館子或者買點別的也比這個強，不知道大家怎么看。 Dear Dr. or Prof. XXXX (family name of the Editor or Editor-in-Chief who issued the decisionletter), Re: Ms# XXXX (number of the manuscript if any) – XXXX (title of the article) I am very pleased that our paper has been accepted for publication in XXX (name of the journal). With kind regards, Yours sincerely, XXXX (name of the corresponding author) XXX (title of the corresponding author)Corresponding author 2、投稿時示例 2.1 PLOS One 格式審查很嚴格，你這第一關就沒過。修改語言后重投，通過技術審查后然后才是邀請學術編輯處理你的稿件 先是editor invited，然后是with editor，然后是under review，這是正常程序 一篇有關生態(tài)方面的文章投到了Plos ONE期刊， 2013.12.31 Submitted to journal 2014.01.02 Invited Editor 2014.01.16 With Editor 2014.01.18 (上午) Decision in Process (上午時候看到投稿狀態(tài)突然由with editor，變成了decision in process，心里一陣抽搐，很難受，感覺被拒的節(jié)奏) 2014.01.18 (晚上) 打開投稿系統(tǒng)，發(fā)現(xiàn)編輯給的Major Revision。還沒仔細看審稿意見，希望有個好的結果。 2014.02.08 提交修改稿 2014.02.11 Decision in Process 2014.02.11 Minor revision 2014.02.11 Resubmitted. 2014.02.13 Accept （完） 2.2 快一個月了，狀態(tài)還是editor invited 2.3 Plos one 投稿流程記錄 2013.7.3投稿 2013.7.7給編號，Editor Invited 2013.8.27外審結束，給出45天修改 2013.10.3返回 2013.10.4 With Editor 2013.10.8 Under Review 2013.12.10 小修 2013.12.20 返回 2013.12.25 With Editor 2014.1.14 錄用 總體感覺：我的論文方向比較小眾，投稿后editor invited持續(xù)了一段時間，中間還因為找不到編輯給我發(fā)了可以撤稿的郵件。感覺審稿人很認真，每個句子都認真看了，論文結構也給出了修改方案。第一審提交后，第二審依然給出了16個句子的修改。非常認真，贊一個！ 就是感覺并沒有前面大家說的那么快 2.4 投plos one 快1月了！ 一直editor invited中，時間傷不起呀 前天收到編輯部email 說沒找到合適的 academic editor！ 說可以撤稿，也可以推薦幾個acdemic editors！ 2.5 PLOS one投稿整一月，依然處于 Manuscript Submitted to Journal狀態(tài)， 2.6 有篇文章投稿plos one后，前些日子變成 academic invited 大約10天左右，昨天怎么突然又變成 editor invited 了? plos one 你最好推薦一個和你領域相關的學術編輯 那樣會快一些 2.7 推薦學術編輯（在Invited Editor之前的狀態(tài)，即academic invited） Dear ×××: Sorry for disturbing you. Kind regards, Katharine Heppenstall PLOS ONE 2.7 plos one,在competing interest section里寫的“The authors have declared that no competing interests exist.” 2.8 ：Manuscripts must be submitted with both a full title and a short title,這個full title 和short title是什么意思��？ short title 就是通常所說的running title，一般有字數(shù)限制，10-15個字吧。要比標題更具概括性的那種。 2.9 PLOS ONE 通知我文章要發(fā)表了，但是有一句話我不太明白，請大家?guī)兔�，看看這句話什么意思 “We request that you please provide us with a draft of your press release prior to sending it out. Regards, Author Billing Team Public Library of Science 附件應該有發(fā)票，你可以付賬了，這個可以跟之前中過的人打聽一下。 2.11 本人一篇文章投到了plos one，近期返回意見大修，已經修改完，正準備返回去。由于是第一次往這個期刊投稿，有以下幾個問題想請教一下： 1. 我應該在什么時候發(fā)郵件申請版面費減免，是在文章修改完返回過去的時候就可以申請，還是說要等到錄用以后才申請，或者說自己不申請，等他主動來聯(lián)系你； 2.如果要申請的話，這個郵件是發(fā)給誰？是編輯還是有專門的人？ 3.現(xiàn)在申請減免的成功率高嗎？最后大家一般是付了多少錢？ 4.這個期刊大修以后錄用的幾率多大？ 不勝感激！ 給你發(fā)invoice的那個郵件，直接回復說明理由就行了 期刊本身有減免條件，你符合條件就減免，不符合，就很難減免；plos one 一般的回信還是很快的，很長時間不回復你，說明你的申請很難被允許 申請的太晚了，應該在稿件遞交時就提出，同時在致謝欄中應該沒有基金資助。 2.12 Sample Text 大家好，我在Plos One雜志上投稿一篇（8月19日），被退回來要求進行語言潤色，之后再次投稿（10月10日），結果編輯告訴我要把新投稿的這個submission 撤銷，然后在之前投稿（8月19日）的狀態(tài)下投稿。 我不知道具體該怎么操作呀，而且在Plos One 的我的賬號狀態(tài)下已經不顯示8月19日返回的稿件狀態(tài)了 2.13 PLOS ONE.接收后收到一封郵件： I am pleased to inform you that your manuscript has been deemed suitable for publication in PLOS ONE. We sincerely apologize for the delay; please be assured that we will come back to you as quickly as possible. 這代表什么？ 5、 寫文獻綜述，然后是圖的legend，最后是Tables, 1. 表放在文獻后面 2. 圖的legend放在文章最后，表的前面 3. 圖片最后上傳就可以了，在文章中沒有必要插入進去。 希望對你有幫助 6、latex模板plos one網上有的，不用自己寫，只要你把內容填上就好了 7、我前兩天投了一篇，現(xiàn)在狀態(tài)是這樣的Needs Approval是什么意思呢，是投上了還是沒投上啊，就是要你看過系統(tǒng)生成的pdf后，點approve菜單項確認 8、plos one修改后的cover letter里面要添加附錄說明修改內容嗎： cover letter里簡要說下都做了哪些修改，詳細情況放到point by point response里邊 是兩個文檔, 一個是cover letter,一個是response to reviewers,后一個直接回答問題就可以。網上有很多模版，可以參考一下。 9、前幾天投了PLOSOne（由于試驗做得不是很理想，所以選擇了這個)。編輯還算比較快，2天通知通過技術審查，5天時給我發(fā)了封信， |
