| 高強(qiáng)鋼板熱沖壓技術(shù)是實(shí)現(xiàn)汽車的輕量化,達(dá)到節(jié)能、減排的有效途徑。熱沖壓件的成形性通常采用成形極限進(jìn)行判定,然而常規(guī)熱沖壓成形極限均由多條等溫成形極限線組成,難以描述變溫過程鋼板的成形性,且目前存在的成形極限圖沒有考慮相變行為對(duì)熱沖壓件成形極限的影響。項(xiàng)目以B1500HS先進(jìn)高強(qiáng)鋼為研究對(duì)象,通過Gleeble-3500熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī),揭示高強(qiáng)鋼板熱變形材料流動(dòng)規(guī)律、推導(dǎo)熱成形指數(shù),建立材料考慮溫度和應(yīng)變速率的本構(gòu)方程。采用DIC技術(shù)獲取高強(qiáng)鋼板相變溫度以上的極限應(yīng)變值,采用四點(diǎn)特征法建立材料相變溫度以下的成形極限線,進(jìn)而研究相變行為對(duì)熱成形極限的影響。基于所獲得的熱成形極限數(shù)據(jù),采用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和插值算法構(gòu)建三維成形極限圖。設(shè)計(jì)盒型件熱沖壓模具,通過工藝試驗(yàn)對(duì)三維成形極限圖進(jìn)行定性、定量評(píng)估。本項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施旨在探索高強(qiáng)鋼相變行為對(duì)熱成形極限的影響規(guī)律,建立適用于高強(qiáng)鋼板熱沖壓件的成形極限圖,為國(guó)產(chǎn)高強(qiáng)鋼在現(xiàn)代汽車領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ)。 |

Hot pressing technology of high strength steel plate is an effective approach to realising vehicle weight minimisation for energy conservation and waste reduction. The formability of hot pressed pieces is generally assessed by means of forming limits. However, since common hot pressing forming limits are made up of multiple isothermal forming limit lines, it is difficult to describe the formability of steel plate with varying temperatures. Moreover the exiting forming limit graphs today do not take into consideration of the impacts of phase change phenomena on the forming limits of hot pressed pieces. This project studies the advanced high strength steel B1500HS by means of Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation test facility to explore the material movement during thermal deformation for high strength steel, derive hot forming index and establish the constitutive equation considering temperature and strain rate. DIC technology is used to obtain the limit strain values for high strength steel plates above the phase transition temperature and 4-point characteristic method is used for setting up the forming limit lines of the material below phase transition temperature so that the impacts of phase transition on hot forming limits. Based on the obtained hot forming limit data, use of BP neural network and interpolation algorithm is made to construct three dimensional forming limit graphs. Hot press molds for box type pieces are designed and through process tests the three dimensional forming limit graphs are evaluated both qualitatively and quantitatively. The objectives of the project is at exploring how phase transition of high strength steel impacts the hot forming limits and establish the forming limit graphs appropriate for hot presses pieces from high strength steel plates, in order to lay the foundation for applications of home-made high strength steel to modern vehicles. 供參考,不妥見諒 |
