本文闡述了精沖工藝的原理及過(guò)程，分析了變形區(qū)材料的流動(dòng)規(guī)律，揭示了在閉擠式精沖中工藝參數(shù)對(duì)成形質(zhì)量的影響規(guī)律，并通過(guò)對(duì)精沖零件進(jìn)行金相觀察，顯微硬度和表面殘余應(yīng)力分析，對(duì)精沖加工中出現(xiàn)的一些材料微觀狀態(tài)的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律進(jìn)行了研究。 In this paper, we elaborated the principle and process of the fine-blanking method, analyzed the flowing law of material in deformation area, revealed the influence law of process parameters on the forming quality .Through the metallographic observation, the micro hardness and surface residual stress of the fine-blanking parts are analyzed, the characteristics and rules of the material in the micro state are studied .Finally, aiming at the small module gear parts, the fine-blanking dies are manufactured and produced parts successfully, which verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis. |

This paper elaborated the principal and process of the fine blanking. The flowing law for the material in the deformation area was anlyzed and the influence of the process parameters on the forming quality was revealed.
