| 齒圈壓板精沖廣泛應(yīng)用于制造板狀精密輪廓零件。但是,由于齒圈壓板在變形區(qū)所造成的三向壓應(yīng)力大小有限,使齒圈壓板精沖工藝存在局限性。目前,針對這一問題,根據(jù)強(qiáng)大的三向壓應(yīng)力可以提高材料的塑性的原理,提出了擠壓類精沖的方法,并且對于低塑性厚板材料在精沖過程中容易出現(xiàn)的問題,已經(jīng)做了相關(guān)的研究、探索和實(shí)驗(yàn),取得了一些成果。本文介紹了精沖低塑性材料和厚板成形的新方法——擠壓復(fù)合精沖工藝,通過理論研究和相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,從精沖原理,過程,材料流動,成形質(zhì)量因素和成形面特征五個方面對其進(jìn)行了論述。 |

Fine Blanking of Gear Ring Pressure Plate is widely used in the manufacture of Precise Outline of Plat-like Components.Due to the limitation of the Gear Ring Binder generated deformation area three dimensional stress ,however, the Fine Blanking of Gear Ring Pressure Plate technology has its own limitations. To solve this problem, Extrusion and Fine Blanking Process has currently proposed based on the principle that the material plasticity can be increased by powerful three dimensional stress and beneficial results have been achieved to process problems of low plasticity fine blanking plate material after related research, exploration and experimentation .
