| 在政府、企業(yè)和非營(yíng)利三大部門邊界日益模糊化的背景下，面對(duì)資源萎縮而社會(huì)責(zé)任更重的壓力，非營(yíng)利組織（NPO）謀求與企業(yè)合作。從NPO的視角將NPO與企業(yè)的合作納入戰(zhàn)略管理的基本框架，認(rèn)為NPO與企業(yè)合作主要存在合作失敗、成本過高和公益形象受損的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。為提高合作的成功率實(shí)現(xiàn)NPO的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，NPO需要在戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境匹配、戰(zhàn)略抉擇、戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施三大環(huán)節(jié)上采取恰當(dāng)?shù)膽?yīng)對(duì)策略。 |

| In government, business and non-profit sectors of the three border increasingly blurred in the background, in the face of shrinking resources and social responsibility heavier pressure, non-profit organization (NPO) to seek cooperation with enterprises. From the perspective of NPO NPO will cooperate with the companies included in the basic framework for the strategic management of that business cooperation with NPO mainly cooperation fails, the high cost and risk of damage to public image. To improve the success rate of cooperation to achieve sustainable development of NPO, NPO needs to match the strategic environment, strategic choice, to take appropriate coping strategies on the implementation of the strategy of the three links. |
