| 本課題擬在前期工作基礎(chǔ)上,以ss6為突破口,并利用固相dcs獲取dcs的相互作用分子,以期系統(tǒng)闡明dcs調(diào)控人膠質(zhì)瘤細(xì)胞凋亡的分子機(jī)制,明確dcs在介導(dǎo)人膠質(zhì)瘤細(xì)胞凋亡過程中的功能及意義;同時,在荷瘤動物模型上,研究dcs原位給藥對在體膠質(zhì)瘤的作用,系統(tǒng)評價dcs間質(zhì)化療給藥治療腦膠質(zhì)瘤的效果。為dcs介導(dǎo)膠質(zhì)瘤細(xì)胞凋亡的分子機(jī)制新認(rèn)識提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù),同時為解決限制抗腫瘤SSD成藥性與其新藥研發(fā)的作用機(jī)制不清和溶血毒副作用等問題提供有價值的資料和借鑒 |

| This project will take ss6 as a breakthrough and use solid-phase dcs to get interaction molecules of dcs on the basis of the preliminary work to clarify the molecular mechanisms of apoptosis of dcs regulated human glioma cells , especially to explicit the function and significance of dcs in mediating human glioma apoptosis in tumor . At the same time, in vivo situ chemotherapy administration role of glioma will be studied in tumor-bearing animal models to systematically evaluate the effect of dcs interstitial chemotherapy administration treatment of cerebral gliomas . It will provide new experimental evidence for the understanding of molecular mechanisms of dcs-mediated glioma apoptosis and valuable information and reference to overcome the limitations of unclear mechanism of antitumor SSD druggability, unclear mechanism of new anti-tumor drug evolved in drug development, hemolytic toxicity ,etc. |
