TC17鈦合金棒材低倍組織亮斑研究
摘要:本文經(jīng)過實驗TC17鈦合金在三種溫度下(β+50℃、β-30℃和β-50℃)進行60%左右的變形,研究了鍛造溫度對棒材進行高、低倍組織及力學(xué)性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,相變點以上變形得到魏氏組織,低倍組織均勻無亮斑產(chǎn)生;相變點以下進行60%左右的鍛造變形,可使α相較充分的等軸化。相變點以下30℃生產(chǎn),棒材低倍組織中會出現(xiàn)不同程度的亮斑。經(jīng)分析,亮斑為Cr元素微區(qū)分布不均勻造成的β斑,微區(qū)成分不均勻是引起TC17鈦合金β斑的本質(zhì)因素,鍛造溫度是形成β斑的主要誘發(fā)因素;相變點以下50℃生產(chǎn)能有效的避免低倍亮斑產(chǎn)生,進行適當(dāng)?shù)臒崽幚砗,其組織及性能滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
Abstract: This text compares and analyzes the microstructure, macrostructure and the mechanical properties of the TC17 titanium bars deformed about 60% under three temperature(β+50℃、β-30℃和β-50℃). The research results shows, the deformation above the transition point could get widmanstatten microstructure, and the macrostructure is uniform and no bright speck occurred; About 60% forging deformation below the transition point can make the α phase more fully equiaxed. If produce at 30℃ below the transition point, the macrostructure of the bars will appear bright speck in various degree. After analysis, the bright speck is β patch which caused by the Cr element distributed unevenly in microzone, and the uneven composition in microzone is the essential factors causing the βpatch of TC17, and the forging temperature is the major induced factors of forming theβpatch; If produce at 50℃ below the transition point could effectively avoid the bright speck of macrostructure, after appropriate heat treatment, the microstructure and mechanical properties could meet the requirements of specification. |
