IEEE MWCL幫忙看看中的幾率大不大？ 已有3人參與

前天收到IEEE MWCL的審稿意見 一個(gè)審稿人的回答是 As this is a good paper, I would recommend resubmitting to another journal with which this paper fits in the criteria. The only suggestion for improving the paper would be to do...... 另一個(gè)審稿人幾乎沒有提問題 簡(jiǎn)單概括了下論文 然后說 I strong recommend the publication of this manuscript 感覺兩個(gè)審稿人意見都很正面，AE也只提了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單問題，但最后的意見竟然是 In view of the criticisms of the reviewer(s) and notes from the AE/EIC found at the bottom of this letter, I must decline the manuscript for publication in the IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters at this time. However, a new manuscript may be submitted which takes into consideration these comments. 請(qǐng)問大家有沒有遇到這種情況？再投幾率大不大？ |
