有篇論文是進(jìn)化算法的,純算法,沒有應(yīng)用,請(qǐng)問有什么SCI雜志可以投? 新手,自己查了一下,沒找到合適的。 影響因子沒有要求,請(qǐng)大俠推薦幾個(gè)難度沒那么大的,非常感謝! |
