PAHs

|
PAHs are aromatic hydrocarbons with two or more fused benzene rings with natural as well as anthropogenic sources. They are widely distributed environmental contaminants that have detrimen- tal biological effects, toxicity, mutagenecity and carcinogenicity. Due to their ubiquitous occurrence, recalcitrance, bioaccumulation potential and carcinogenic activity, the PAHs have gathered significant environmental concern. Although PAH may undergo adsorption, volatilization, photolysis, and chemical degradation, microbial degradation is the major degradation process. PAH degradation depends on the environmental conditions, number and type of themicroorganisms, nature and chemical structure of the chemical compound being degraded. |

| 多環(huán)芳烴是與兩個或更多個稠合苯環(huán)的天然以及人為來源的芳烴。它們分布廣泛，有不利的生物效應(yīng)，毒性，誘變性和致癌性環(huán)境污染物。由于它們無處不在發(fā)生，頑抗，生物累積潛力和致癌活性，所含的PAHs聚集顯著的環(huán)境問題。雖然多環(huán)芳烴可能發(fā)生吸附，揮發(fā)，光解，降解和化學(xué)降解，微生物降解是主要的降解過程。 PAH的降解依賴于環(huán)境條件，數(shù)量和微生物，性質(zhì)和被降解的化學(xué)化合物的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)式。 |
